Interested in Temporary Dental
Staffing?
Our
temporary staffing service allows you to maintain a productive schedule whenever you need
coverage due to sick time, vacation time, maternity leave, or any other need that may
arise.
We will
find the right "temp" for a day, a week, or a month. We can even fill an entire
maternity leave! We have been very successful at finding temporary staff on an emergency
basis. Only one call is needed to have an experienced hygienist, dentist, dental assistant
or business staff member at your office.
All
temporary staff that we place in your office are employees of DSP, therefore we take care
of interviewing, reference check, and payroll taxes. This saves you both time and money.
We pride
ourselves on providing the absolute best temporary employees to our clients. DSP knows how
imperative it is to have a quality staff and we will provide that quality. Please be sure
to read our policy. We look forward to meeting your staffing needs.
Cancellation Policy
DSP
clients are required to give DSP a minimum 24 HOUR NOTICE of cancellation to avoid any
cancellation fees. Sunday is not considered a working day and will not be calculated in
determining the minimum 24 hour provision of this cancellation notice. DSP has agreements
with its employees to pay them a minimum salary amount for cancellations. If a DSP client
gives less than a 24 hour notice to cancel a confirmed temporary assignment, DSP shall
charge the client and the client agrees to pay DSP a minimum $50.00 cancellation fee.
