Kathleen S. Uebel is
a Dental Management Consultant and has been in the dental industry for over 30 years. She
was on the faculty of Triton College's Dental Assisting Program for 14 years. Mrs. Uebel
was also an advisor to the Triton College Board as well as the Morton College Board. In
addition to being the president and owner of Dental Management Specialists, she is also
the co-founder and co-partner of Dental Staff Placement Inc. Mrs. Uebel has been Executive
Director of the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration since 1989. Mrs. Uebel
has lectured throughout the United States on various aspects of practice management as
well as at the Chicago Mid Winter Meetings and branch meetings of the Chicago Dental
Society. There have been many articles written about her in numerous dental publications.
Bruce J. Lowy is a
Practice Management Consultant and Practice Valuation Specialist. Bruce's insight and
knowledge began in 1976 where he was a National Consultant for Sycom, formerly PBP. Mr.
Lowy established Progressive Management & Associates in 1977, which provides
comprehensive consulting, marketing and valuation services. Bruce is also the co-founder
and co-partner Dental Staff Placement, Inc. Mr. Lowy has been a guest lecturer teaching
practice administration and principles of valuation at the University of Illinois School
and Loyola Dental Schools. His audiences have included every branch of the Chicago Dental
Society, The Mid-Winter Meeting, the Academy Of General Dentistry, the Illinois State
Dental Society, the Greater New York Meeting and the American Academy of Cosmetic
Dentistry.
Vilia Kviz has worked for DSP since its establishment in
1984. 2004 will mark her 20th anniversary with DSP. Because of her dedication Vilia
quickly established herself as a leader in the staffing field. Vilia has been married to
her husband Richard since 1959. She has 2 children, a son Brian, and a daughter Allison.
Vilia also has twin grandsons Brett and Ryan born in June of 2003. Vilia enjoys traveling,
antiquing, reading and caring for her grandsons.
Sheryl Temple
joined DSP in 1998 as an Employment Counselor for all Permanent Placements. Sheryl has an
extensive ten year background in dentistry. She worked as a chairside and front office
assistant for six years and as an office manager for four years. Her familiarity with
dental office procedures and staffing requirements provide superior insight when matching
skilled staff to clients' needs. Sheryl is married to her husband Wally and has a 13 year
old daughter Shayna. She also enjoys her 3 cats and 2 dogs.
Tracy Lynn Greco
joined DSP in February 2003 as an Employment Counselor for all Temporary Placements. She
graduated in 1989 from Evanston Township High School and continued on with her education
at Oakton Community College. Tracy then crossed paths with a dentist who gave her
extensive training as a dental assistant and continued on as a dental assistant for over
13 years. Tracy is married to her husband Anthony and has a beautiful three year old son
named Anthony. To complete their family, Tracy enjoys their German Shepherd, Shady.
